Music composer Devi Sri Prasad, who scored the music for several big movies like Gabbar Singh, Julayi, Mirchi, Singam II, Legend, S/O Sathyamurthy, Kumari 21 F, Nennu Local and Naanaku Prematho, is one of the busiest music composer of Telugu Film Industry. DSP is the third costliest music composer after AR Rahman and Harris Jayraj. The latest buzz is that DSP has hiked his remuneration. Double Oscar Award AR Rahman used to charge Rs 3.6 to Rs 6 Cr depends on the budget of the movie and Harris Jayaraj charges Rs 3 Cr as remuneration per movie. It is heard that after seeing his success rate, DSP has hiked his remuneration. Earlier he was charging more than Rs 2.5 Cr and now he is demanding Rs 3 Cr per movie.
