Allu Arjun is definitely one of the top notch heroes in Tollywood at the moment. He even has a fairly big fan following in Kerala. He recently signed up with a cement company to be their Brand Ambassador. In connection with that he was in Vizag recently where he had the chance to chat up with some fans. On being asked about “Khaidi No 150” and “Gautamiptra Satakarni” both of which are to hit the screens just in time for Sankranthi, he purportedly said that “This Sankranti will be ours”. That was misconstrued by Balayya fans that what Bunny meant was that “Khaidi No 150” is going to be a bigger hit than Balayya’s film.
Naturally the fans of Balayya were infuriated at this purported insult. One interpretation at this purported comment was that Bunny responded to the “Khabardar” comment which Krish, the director of “Gautamiputra Satakarni” made during the audio-launch of his movie. Balayya’s fans now wonder why Bunny had to react to Krish’ comments when the director already clarified what he really meant by that.
One wonders if the two individuals involved in this controversy really had anything against each other in mind or whether it is just an overreaction by enthusiastic fans of both heroes.
